Based on the latest advances in employee assessment, we’ve combined behavioural and performance-based assessment methodologies to create the unique People Link to Business candidate assessment model, which we use in all interviews with candidates.

TRIPOD PERSONALITY AND INTELLIGENCE ASSESSMENT

To assess an employee’s ability to assimilate new information, how quickly they learn and how they are likely to behave, we use the Tripod questionnaire on personality traits and rating system for mental abilities. Personal traits are the established ways of behaving and reacting typical of a specific person. By determining emotional stability, extraversion, openness to experience, agreeableness and conscientiousness, we can forecast how an employee will behave in a variety of situations. Meanwhile, the ratings for mental abilities – verbal, arithmetical, spatial and general – reveal the person’s capacity to reason, make generalisations, solve abstract problems, learn quickly and so on.

TRIPOD EXECUTIVE COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT

We assess executive competencies using Tripod rating systems for intelligence and personal traits developed specifically to gauge the competencies of management-level employees. The personality traits questionnaire evaluates emotional stability, initiative, achievement orientation and general receptivity or openness. The intelligence rating, for its part, helps assess the general mental abilities that underpin the capacity to reason and generalise, effectively assimilate new knowledge and accurately complete professional tasks. The results of these tests are useful not only for deciding on the best candidate, but also for the managers themselves to better grasp and take advantage of their strengths and develop those traits where they need to improve.

360-DEGREE FEEDBACK MODEL

The Tripod 360-degree feedback tool is an internet questionnaire which assesses the skills needed for successful leadership, management and other professional roles.

The underlying method, which incorporates reviewers at all levels of the organisation, makes it possible to systematically evaluate the competencies of an individual or group and provide feedback on how work is conducted. The information collected during this comprehensive survey is also used to assess and improve the effectiveness of the entire organisation and discern the impact of an employee’s actions on the organisation.

The 360-degree method is precisely an opportunity for co-workers to provide constructive feedback through a safe, anonymous and systematic process, and for an employee to get results that pinpoint the reasons for their success as well as the areas where they still need to improve.

EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AND ENGAGEMENT SURVEY METHOD

A questionnaire developed and standardised by Tripod is used to determine employees’ level of job satisfaction and identify the factors that drive their motivation and engagement. Through a reliable web-based system that ensures confidentiality, measurements are made not only of overall job satisfaction, but also of the various underlying factors (the work environment, the organisation of work, salary and benefits, and so on). The factors are compared to each other in terms of how important employees said each one is and how satisfied they are with those factors in their everyday work.

The method thus gives employees a chance to contribute to the company’s management. It highlights the most critical areas where attention is needed for optimal further development of the company.
