Your career path at People Link

  1. You will start your career as a Talent Sourcer Specialist: you’ll interact with candidates, search the databases, Linkedin, and try to find an available job offer;
  2. It will take you 6 – 12 months to become a Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting interviews with candidates, assessing them with psychological tests (we will license you) and presenting for the client with a detailed personality and professional profile;
  3. In 12 – 24 months you will become a Senior Consultant. In this role you will start communicating with clients and training your first Growth Partner (we do not call each other managers and assistants) into Consultants;
  4. Further career options in case you have more ambitions: the role of a Team Leader, when you manage more than one Growth Partner and learn the basics of leadership (we have special leadership development classes for this); the role of the Business Area Manager when you will be responsible for the development of sales and team of a particular industry; the role of the Associate Partner; the role of the Partner.
