What makes an organization work well?
What can an organization do to promote the well-being and engagement of its employees?
How can efficiency be increased and goals be reached?
Are your employees just going to work?
How can you make work more than just a job?
Tripod’s wellbeing survey method has been developed based on two pillars.
- Our 20 years of experience in the field of organisational development, where we have mapped the most important factors shaping employee wellbeing. In total, we have collected more than 70,000 data rows over 150 projects.
- Practical knowledge of the most important issues today and in the future from top managers and HR managers in Estonian and international organisations. To do this, we conducted more than 15 interviews to get an in-depth understanding of their perspectives on organisational wellbeing.
An organisation with high levels of wellbeing at work promotes the wellbeing of all its members at every level of the organisation’s functioning. Such an organisation empowers, engages and inspires its employees, but also empowers them to take responsibility for their work and the good functioning of the organisation.
The methodology of the wellbeing survey consists of two parts:
- Organisational wellbeing characteristics – combining a data-driven approach with practical management experience, we have formulated three views on organisational wellbeing characteristics. In other words, they are content themes that address best practises and key challenges in the functioning of organisations;
- The overall wellbeing of the organisation’s employees, which measures employee commitment and attitudes towards the organisation.
During the organization’s well-being survey:
- We familiarize ourselves with the organization and its management structure.
- We adapt the methodology, taking into account the client’s particularly relevant issues.
- We help consider the preliminary survey communication stage.
- We prepare reports at every level to assist in the multi-level development of the organization.
- We present the survey results, identify priority areas for improvement, plan and implement further activities.
